With nearly three decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Josh Siegel has the technical knowledge and practical experience to know firsthand that working together is the path to solving complex problems.

At Crystaphase, Josh works with customers through technical problems, pinpointing and providing the appropriate technology to optimize operations. With his extensive background in Business Development and Management, Manufacturing, Tech Service, and more across a range of catalyst companies, it's no surprise that Josh brings a highly focused, problem-solving attitude to the team.

Grounded in his philosophy that life is too short not to enjoy what you do, Josh champions a team-oriented approach at Crystaphase, flourishing when breaking problems down into manageable pieces for others to understand clearly. Exactly what you'd expect from someone with a BS in Forensic Chemistry and MS in Chemistry.

Outside of work, Josh finds time to play guitar, bass, and spend time cooking with his wife, son, and furry companion. When Chicago’s weather allows for it, you can find him enjoying outdoor runs and cycling.
